Love and Boundaries – Calm and Confident Parenting
Parenting is one of the most important jobs, yet most of us have never been taught how to do it. I provide workshops, coaching, and Parent Cafés to help you raise respectful, resilient children—without shouting, smacking, or giving in.
I offer:
* Positive Discipline and Small Bodies, Big Emotions workshops
* One-to-one coaching
* Parent Café small group discussions
What others say:
"Sara is an absolutely phenomenal coach. Our biggest takeaways have been learning how to positively parent our child while creating a space where we feel confident and authentic. Her coaching is grounded in research and made practical by applying it directly to our life experiences." – Rumbi
Love and Boundaries – Calm and Confident Teaching
Classrooms thrive when children feel respected and safe to learn. My training helps teachers build structure, connection, and effective discipline without shouting or punishment. Workshops are practical, interactive, and tailored to your school’s needs.
I offer:
* Teacher training workshops
* Parent presentations at schools
* Ongoing support and follow-up
What others say:
"Yesterday I used what I learned in class with a student who was misbehaving. Instead of getting mad, I sat quietly with him until he opened up. We talked about his feelings and how they were okay, but his behaviour was not. The rest of the lesson was peaceful — and my student teacher was amazed to see discipline without shouting." – Cassie, teacher & mum
Kind but Firm, Calm and Confident Childminders
Childminders have a huge influence on children’s early years. My training equips them with the skills, safety knowledge, and play ideas to give children the best start in life.
I offer:
* Nurturing Care Training (love, play, communication, health, hygiene, safety, nutrition)
* Play activities & routines
* Positive Discipline Training
* Communication with parents
What others say:
"My childminder is now exceptional. I struggled to get instructions and expectations across, but since her training with Sara she is excellent with our little one. Our baby is much happier and reaching his milestones." – Sharon
